The non-doing, horizontal and therapeutic practice of Yoga Nidra is similar to guided meditation and uses a variety of techniques to aid the release of tension, anxiety and self-limiting patterns. The combined mental and physical benefits of Yoga Nidra help the practitioner to reverse the effects of stress, allowing the body to heal and restore itself back to vitality and health.
