Rya and Tiff look forward to holding space for you daily with asana, nidra, sound healing, and more. Together we will be creating a space for community and renewal. This retreat also invites you to pause and turn inward. You will have plenty of down time to read, soak in the 24 hour hot springs, take a riverwalk, or hike. This location provides all you’ll need for a weekend of nourishment, flow and ease with all the amenities at your finger tips. Pause, listen to the whispers of your soul, and remember the playful, wildflower essence within you.

Rya & Tiff
Tiff and Rya have thoughtfully designed a retreat with you in mind. Throughout the weekend, they will guide you through a blend of movement, stillness, sound, and reflection. These experiences may include Vinyasa, Yin or Restorative practices, Yoga Nidra, immersive Sound Healing, and intuitive workshop-style gatherings. You will experience Tiff and Rya’s beloved Yoga Nidra Sound Bath. This offering inspired Return to Being and is the heart of this immersive weekend.
Practicing with Rya and Tiff means being met with presence, curiosity, and care. Together, they create containers that feel both grounded and expansive — where guidance is offered without pressure, structure exists alongside spaciousness, and every participant is encouraged to listen inward and honor their own experience.

You have access to the resort until 6PM.
Each day balances guided experiences with spaciousness, allowing you to follow your own energy and needs.
Lodging at The Springs Resort
While lodging is not included in the retreat cost, all participants are required to book and stay at The Springs Resort in order to participate in the Return to Being Wellness Retreat. Staying on-site supports a seamless, immersive experience and allows for easy access to all retreat offerings and soaking pools.

Classic Rooms within the original 1950s Spring Inn Motel building
Deluxe Rooms or Suites featuring a kitchenette
Lodge Rooms or Suites in the 29-room mountain-style lodge
Brand-New Main Rooms & Suites (our primary retreat room block)
Rooms may accommodate up to two people per room. You’re welcome to book solo
or share with a retreat companion.

Booking & Payment Details
A booking code will be provided after registration to access the retreat room block and discounted rates.
To reserve your room, you’ll place a deposit equal to one night’s room rate plus taxes and resort fees at the time of booking.
Rooms range from $249 - $419 per night, plus resort fee and taxes.
The remaining balance for your stay will be paid upon arrival at the resort.
Your retreat discount will be applied at booking.
If our group books 10 or more rooms, an additional discounted rate will be applied automatically at check-in.
To receive the retreat discount, rooms must be booked by July 31st (subject to availability).
Soaking Access & Extended Stay
Whichever room you choose to stay, soaking is always included. You’ll have access to the geothermal pools starting on the first day of your arrival before check-in and continuing through 6:00 PM on the day of your departure.
You’re welcome to arrive early or extend your stay beyond the retreat dates, subject to availability — allowing even more time to rest, soak, and enjoy the experience.
Staying on-site allows you to fully exhale. No commuting, no logistics — just uninterrupted access to rest, water, and community throughout the retreat.
