Join Rya on Saturdays for a 75 min Vinyasa + Nidrā practice at Samadhi Yoga Sangha. Rya’s teaching invites you to move with intention, rest in the moment and move with your breath. Class will begin with 60 minutes of a flowing vinyasa practice followed by a 15 minute Yoga Nidrā, a guided relaxation practice, for savasana.
