Pay in Full
Guests who choose to pay in full acknowledge that $500 of the total retreat cost is a non-refundable deposit.
Three-Part Payment Plan
The payment plan divides your retreat balance into three payments.
Payment 1: $500 non-refundable deposit (due at registration)
Payment 2: Due by May 15th
Payment 3: Due by July 10th
Payment Options
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your space in the retreat. This deposit secures your spot and is non-refundable under all circumstances.
If you need to cancel your registration, the following refund schedule applies to any payments made beyond the $500 deposit:
On or before May 15
You will receive a full refund of all payments made beyond the deposit.
May 16 – July 9
You will receive a 50% refund of payments made beyond the deposit.
On or after July 10
No refunds will be issued. You may transfer your retreat spot to another person, though participants are responsible for arranging the transfer themselves.
Cancellation Policy
In the unlikely event that Return to Being must be canceled by the hosts due to not meeting minimum participation requirements, all payments will be fully refunded, including the $500 deposit.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your retreat investment in the event of illness, travel delays, or other unexpected changes.
